In 2021 we tried making a different style of bubbly from a non-traditional sparkling wine grape.  The result flew out of the tasting room (as many of you know!) and so for 2023 we made a bit more!  Estate fruit from Swede, bright pink, gentle bubbles surounded by a touch of sweetness, this wine is all about bringing you Joy.
